Please note that this application is only for students that are a junior (by credit level) at a Washington State High School.

Submitting this application DOES NOT guarantee your participation in the Running Start Program. In order to participate in the running start program you must also complete a placement test and successfully place into English 100. Please email testing@nwic.edu in order to set a testing appointment.

Along with this application, you must also submit a copy of your tribal ID, CDIB, or other documents qualifying you for the resident rate of tuition. You must also submit a copy of a fee waiver to see if you qualify to have your fees to include: registration fee, technology fee, activity fee, and any course fees, associated with your enrollment. Should you not qualify the you will be responsible for said fees.
